Daymark Recovery Services is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage, prepare, and analyze contracts across the organization. The role requires a solid grasp of legal terminology and attention to detail to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Credentialing to maintain contract accuracy, renewals, and proper documentation across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in business, accounting or legal required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of contract administration or similar role preferred.
• Equivalent combination of training and work experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, prepare, and analyze contracts for the organization.
• Work with multiple departments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Prepare new provider contracts and renewals annually, securing required documents.
• Audit contracts and monitor licensing renewals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide monthly reports to Finance, Credentialing and HR.
• Assist with year-end 1099 reports and audits as needed.
