Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret clinical documentation for accuracy of billing codes and quality assurance.
• Audit and review coding to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance with CMS/CPT/ICD-10/NCCI guidelines.
• Provide guidance and education to coding staff and physicians to improve documentation and coding quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue Integrity, Documentation Education, and clinical departments to drive coding accuracy.
• Track coding trends and discrepancies to support operational improvements.
