Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Virtual Medical Team (VMT) to provide world-class virtual clinical care 24/7 in collaboration with primary care providers. The role involves telehealth visits, triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups from a full-time remote setting.

Requirements include MSPAS, active NCCPA, and licensure in AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA with possible eligibility for additional states.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in MSPAS from an accredited program
• Active NCCPA certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine in the last 5 years
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA, OR, or WA with ability to obtain other state licenses
• Weekday and weekend shifts required; shifts include 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, phone triage, and email follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Provide care virtually using your clinical training and evidence-based primary care practices
