The role requires an active medical license or board certification, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work remotely for at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently.
• Clear written reasoning citing guidelines, evidence, or standard of care.

• Grade differential reasoning, dosing, and red-flag handling on a rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags per taxonomy.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning for model training.
• Adjudicate disputed cases against published evidence or guidelines.
• Maintain reviewer quality scores in weekly calibration cycles.
