Job summary

Mindrift offers a remote Physician AI Evaluator role where clinicians merge medical practice with AI evaluation. Compensation is about $100/hr equivalent, on a project basis, with tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week and no patient contact.

You review anonymized EHR vignettes, score reasoning quality, and write brief rationales. Requires an active US medical license (MD/DO), board certification or recent residency, and experience in medical AI evaluation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active US medical license
• Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care
• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content, or exam-question review a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation project across multiple medical domains
• Score the clinical reasoning quality of benchmark items, vignette accuracy, and trap quality
• Write short rationales and provide feedback; participate in blind reads followed by adjudication
