Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. General and internal medicine are the focus. Contributors work flexibly around clinical practice, with roughly 10–20 hours per week while the project is active.

This is project-based work with no patient contact. Earnings are per approved task, about $100/hour equivalent, plus a $50 onboarding reward after your first production task

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency training, with recent direct patient care.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong written English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes and score diagnostic and treatment items.
• Assess vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Ensure reasoning chains reach conclusions from vignette facts and write brief rationales.
• Participate in blind reads and physician adjudication.
