Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. You can work from anywhere and set your own schedule, focusing on expanding access to care for underserved communities.

Join a multidisciplinary team and maintain comprehensive patient records while delivering telehealth services with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, scheduled in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification and CSL, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatment plans.
• Build compassionate, therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, adhering to regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
