Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers or within the first 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Assesses patients, documents findings, and develops therapeutic plans.
• Educates patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
