Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our caring team providing therapy to seniors in a dynamic, not-for-profit environment. You will plan, deliver and assess physical therapy programs to improve mobility, relieve pain and promote independence for residents and patients.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians and families, document evaluations, and adjust treatment plans. New grads welcomed and flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• BLS for health care providers required or within 60 days of employment.
• May require valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver physical therapy programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Assess patients, document evaluations, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, social services, and families to support outcomes.
• May supervise assistants and provide ongoing education and training to peers.
