• Familiarity with at least one major access control or VMS platform.
• Basic networking (subnetting, VLANs, port forwarding).
• Strong written communication for client-facing tickets.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Monitor health across installed base and diagnose issues remotely.
• Perform configuration changes and tune alarms and schedules.
• Coordinate field technician dispatch for onsite work.
• Document every change in HaloPSA.
