Job summary

EXANTE360 is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to lead complex security projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review design packages, and ensure client objectives align with technical deliverables.

The role emphasizes hands-on program management, design fluency, and instruction of security systems across access control, CCTV, and related technologies, with a focus on mission-critical environments and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical-security projects or significant security workstreams.
• Strong working knowledge of Access Control.
• Strong working knowledge of Video Surveillance / CCTV.
• Physical-security design fluency sufficient to manage and review technical deliverables.
• Meaningful client-facing project experience.
• Scope and schedule ownership.
• RFI and Submittal-review experience; Construction-administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical-security projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating designers, integrators, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, manage scope, schedule, deliverables and client expectations.
• Review design deliverables and coordinate Division 27/28 interfaces; QA/QC of project deliverables.
• Support construction administration: RFIs, submittals, site assessments, punch walks and commissioning.
• Advise clients on risks, options, tradeoffs, and decisions while balancing technical quality and project outcomes.
