SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Philosophy Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) to oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across philosophy-focused AI training projects. You will review AI-generated philosophy content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to client rubrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in philosophy or related field as listed.
• Strong English for following guidelines and feedback.
• 3+ years in philosophy research, teaching, writing or related humanities work.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring and spot-checking philosophy items with feedback.
• Evaluate AI-generated philosophy explanations and analyses for rigor.
• Communicate project updates to trainers and QAs via Discord.
• Respond clearly to questions on argument validity and rubric interpretation.
• Manage activation and follow-ups for inactive contributors.
• Create and maintain project documentation, style guides, and onboarding materials.
• Lead onboarding and training calls to align on expectations and rubrics.
• Ensure consistent application of philosophy-review guidelines across projects.
