You will oversee math QA across AI training projects, review explanations and proofs, and provide precise feedback to maintain high standards.

You will coordinate with remote trainers and QAs, document guidelines, and help activate contributors who are not working. Strong math expertise and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in mathematics or math-content review.
• Fluency in English and strong math knowledge.
• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check mathematics items, identify quality issues, provide ongoing feedback.
• Mathematical review: Evaluate AI-generated math explanations, proofs, derivations, calculations, and step-by-step reasoning.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and quality standards.
• Question handling: Respond to questions around reasoning validity and notation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Schedule and run onboarding/training calls with trainers and QAs.
• Quality alignment: Ensure consistent application of mathematics guidelines.
• Error-pattern analysis: Identify recurring quality gaps and issues.
