Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for our Phase I team in the United States. You will own end-to-end project management, guiding scope, timelines, risk, and budget while developing high-performing teams in a matrix environment.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in clinical research, 2+ years of global project management, and Phase I experience. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential to deliver patient-centric trials on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO.
• 2+ years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO or pharma company.
• Experience working on Phase I studies.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for driving project performance toward contracted deliverables.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship and lead project strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to manage scope, timelines, risk, and budget.
