Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct clinical research experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience supervising direct reports and managing performance.
• Regulatory training and SOP adherence are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned direct reports with PMD and IDP processes.
• Manage performance issues, escalation, and staff development.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external clients and sponsors.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure training compliance for staff.
• Oversee regulatory training and training records accuracy.
• Monitor staffing, budgeting, and project allocation efficiency.
