Qualifications

• Must have Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB).
• Minimum of 4 years of Pharmacy experience.
• Experience with pharmacy systems training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations and training projects for assigned applications.
• Monitor helpdesk and equipment needs; maintain records and reports.
• Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for pharmacy personnel.
• Coordinate training schedules with management; create support materials.
