Aptive is seeking a Lead Certified Pharmacy Technician for the VA Meds by Mail program in Cheyenne, WY. This remote, contract role supports the Dublin, GA MBM site and requires supervision of technicians, QA, and staff coordination.

You will process prescriptions, triage calls, and educate patients, while ensuring compliance with VA procedures and privacy standards. Remote work is permitted within a 50‑mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription data accurately in VA pharmacy systems.
• Review external prescriptions according to MbM SOPs.
• Answer and triage call center inquiries from patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients on proper medication use within technician scope.
• Complete clerical and documentation tasks to meet MbM standards.
• Follow HIPAA, Privacy Act, and VA security requirements.
