Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and prescribers regarding pharmacy benefit questions.
• Provide real time support to pharmacies on point of service issues.
• Educate prescribers on formulary requirements and prior authorization steps.
• Enter member and call data accurately into the documentation system.
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit coverage questions.
• Follow standard operating procedures to keep every call accurate and effective.
• Communicate issues and resolutions clearly to both customers and internal teams.
