Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes formulary change requests and maintains status grids.
• Performs pharmacy audit and recovery tasks and communicates findings.
• Assists with member benefit questions and prior authorization processing.
• Supports Medicare Part D operations and state health program activities.
