PRO-spectus seeks a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment &Triage to coordinate prescription triage, intake, and fulfillment across patient access journeys. You will interact with patients, prescribers, dispensing pharmacies, and manufacturer programs, ensuring accurate and timely case progression.

Based remotely in Texas, you will report to a supervising pharmacist and support multiple client programs while maintaining compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, hospital, patient support, or customer service–focused role, including 2+ years as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• National certification through PTCB or ExCPT.

Responsabilités

• Support prescription intake, triage, and fulfillment coordination.
• Review information for completeness and follow up with providers, pharmacies, or patients.
• Serve as primary contact among patients, caregivers, prescribers, dispensing pharmacies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with pharmacists to validate prescriptions before triage.
• Triage prescriptions to appropriate dispensing pharmacies based on coverage.
• Assist with copay assistance and patient programs as applicable.
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone and email and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting.
