This role is a fully remote Pharmacy Technician position supporting MedPharma operations for Medicare and Medicaid patients, with a strong focus on Medicare. You will manage prior authorizations from intake through technical review, ensuring accurate data entry, thorough clinical evaluation, and clear communication with patients and providers. The position offers a supportive culture, flexibility, and benefits, while allowing you to work independently in a compliant home office environment.
This position is 100% remote and requires working in a closed-door setting with limited distractions to maintain HIPAA compliance. You must have strong, reliable Wi‑Fi and the ability to work independently from a secure home office. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST. After training, you will work one of two primary schedules. The Sunday‑Thursday option includes preferred hours of 12:00‑8:30 p.m. or 12:30‑9:00 p.m. EST on Sunday through Thursday, with Sunday specifically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. The Tuesday‑Saturday option includes preferred hours of 12:30‑9:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday scheduled from 8:0 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. Holiday coverage is shared on a rotating basis with other team members. Lunch breaks range from 30 minutes to approximately one hour, depending on scheduling and operational needs. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
