Qualifications

• Active State Board of Pharmacy license.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center experience.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient demographics and prescription data into the processing system.
• Provide pharmacist call back and patient quality assurance support.
• Load insurance plans and coordination of benefits into the system for new patients and referrals.
• Review and audit test claims for new patients and referrals.
• Manage reorders and email distribution as needed.
• Assist in imaging folder workflows and data entry for new patients/referrals.
• Provide support for programs requiring special handling.
