Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Member Care Advocate to handle in‑house and external communications with clients and members. As a phone-based advocate, you will respond to inquiries, assist members with navigating their prescription benefits, and resolve complex claims issues.

This is an in-office/remote hybrid role requiring 2 or more days per week in the Washington, Indiana location. Pharmacy Technician experience is highly preferred to navigate clinical and claims complexities

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience, ideally in a call center or pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of prescription claims processing is helpful.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of daily inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices.
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems and inquiries directly in the claims adjudication system.
• Respond promptly to website inquiries.
• Become proficient in all aspects of the claims adjudication system.
• Communicate recurring problems and systemic concerns to the manager.
