Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a remote Member Care Advocate to support clients and members by phone, email, and chat. The role emphasizes responsive service, navigating prescription benefits, and solving complex issues in our claims system.

Applicants must reside in the Mountain time zone and have Pharmacy Technician experience preferred. This is a fully remote position with strong focus on amazing care, collaboration with leadership, and a proactive, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort and stamina for being on the phone most of the workday.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center or pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of prescription claims processing is helpful.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma and/or college degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of daily inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices.
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems and inquiries directly in the claims adjudication system while maintaining an engaging phone presence.
• Respond promptly to website inquiries.
• Become proficient in all aspects of the claims adjudication system.
• Communicate recurring problems and systemic concerns to the manager.
