Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to evaluate and improve AI medication workflows in healthcare settings. You will create realistic prescription-processing and adjudication scenarios and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and safety, applying real-world workflow knowledge.

This fully remote, asynchronous contract offers hourly compensation ($45–$65/hour) with a minimum of 10 hours per week, Stripe payments, and flexible project-based engagements.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA, or current state registration.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy.
• Strong working knowledge of prescription sig codes, NDCs, days-supply calculations, and insurance adjudication.
• Ability to clearly document pharmacy workflows in written English.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic prescription-processing and medication-adjudication scenarios.
• Write reference answers that demonstrate the correct pharmacy workflow and sequence of actions.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clinical workflow relevance.
• Review dosing calculations, sig interpretation, and medication safety considerations.
• Identify errors or responses that would not be appropriate in a real pharmacy setting.
