In this remote role, you will fix incorrect answers, write structured notes, and check workflow steps such as NDCs, sig codes, and insurance adjudication while maintaining patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent registration.
• 2+ years of experience in retail, hospital or specialty pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of medication safety and drug interactions.
• Clear written English.
• Remote work capability and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated answers on medication topics for clinical accuracy, patient safety, clarity and completeness, and note where evidence is lacking.
• Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes explaining the correction.
• Answer medication questions from the supplied patient context, reference material and labelling guidance.
• Check pharmacy workflow steps such as sig codes, NDCs, days‑supply calculations and insurance adjudication.
• Escalate unclear clinical context, conflicting guidance or anything that could affect patient safety.
• Apply project rubrics consistently and join calibration sessions.
• Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
