Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license or recognized credential.
• Healthcare degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning, chart-review and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create clinical tasks, longitudinal scenarios and evaluation rubrics in clinical pharmacy.
• Synthesize records, identify contradictions and assess patient safety and clinical reasoning.
• Apply and calibrate structured rubrics; review feedback for case refinement.
