B. Braun Medical, Inc. is expanding its Kansas City sales team to cover CAPS products, nutrition disposables, and related services. The role emphasizes direct customer engagement, consultative selling, and regional market growth in a remote-capable setup.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of medical sales experience, with travel of 25% or more, a valid driver’s license, and passport. Compensation includes an $80K–$90K base plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows sales of CAPS 503B products and associated drugs and Duplex opportunities by engaging with customers and developing new prospects.
• Motivates and coaches sales reps regarding CAPS and related products.
• Expands new CAPS and related opportunities through presentations and consultative selling with customers and BBraun sales teams.
