Job summary

The Pharmacy Systems Specialist at B. Braun Medical Inc. is responsible for all sales activities within the designated U.S. territory, focusing on CAPS 503A, B.Braun Compounding Systems, and Parenteral Nutrition solutions.

You will build and manage relationships with hospital and IDN contacts, expand the customer base, negotiate contracts, and travel to customer sites, conventions and trainings as needed to achieve sales quotas and support patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Registered Dietician preferred.
• Three+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in a hospital environment.
• Good computer aptitude with Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow CAPS 503A sales and direct selling efforts in the territory.
• Collaborate with CAPS operations to plan and implement new business opportunities.
• Protect and expand Parenteral Nutrition portfolio and place Pinnacle/APEX systems into U.S. hospitals.
• Maintain relationships with internal B.Braun and CAPS departments (Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Build relationships with hospital/IDN contacts to leverage selling opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline to achieve 100% of sales quota; manage contracts.
