Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Program Analyst Associate (Pharmacy Audit) for a remote role. The associate will provide project coordination and administrative support across Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management, Formulary and related areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, tracking documents, generating reports, and supporting client quarterly reviews. Strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes.
• Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT).
• 3 years of PBM, Managed Care or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience.
• Project Management skills.
• Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, project manage and implement internal and/or client-facing initiatives across multiple programs.
• Serve as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area; track documentation, verify information, coordinate follow ups and generate reports.
• Assist in creating client quarterly business review presentations and coordinating client meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
