Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead compliance oversight activities across assigned areas. This remote role supports enterprise compliance programs, monitors regulatory requirements, and partners with stakeholders to govern issues and corrective actions.

You will manage complex projects, prepare executive reporting for governance committees, and represent compliance on contracts and cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive compliance experience in healthcare/PBM or regulated industry.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance oversight activities including monitoring and corrective action governance.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and policy governance are met.
• Serve as SME and develop solutions for complex issues.
• Represent Compliance on contracts and cross‑functional projects.
• Prepare compliance records and reporting for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
