Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Program Analyst Associate (Pharmacy Audit) for remote work. The role centers on coordinating projects and providing administrative support across Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management, Formulary, GuidedHealth, and Pharmacy Audit teams.

You will track documentation, prepare regular reporting, and help with client quarterly reviews. A background in healthcare or PBM and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently within established timeframes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, project manage and implement internal/client initiatives (e.g., Quarterly P&T coordination, formulary development).
• Serve as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area.
• Support creation of client quarterly business review presentations and coordinate client meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
