Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst focused on pharmacy to join the FAA team and collaborate with the Pharmacy Practice within Health and Benefits. This role involves designing, financing and managing pharmacy benefit programs while growing your analytics and client-management skills.

You will engage in data analysis, model development and client work alongside leading consultants, with a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 USD annually and eligibility for an annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management or any other major with significant quantitative course work.
• Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred).
• Strong financial skills: prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data analysis projections, review and update of pricing and other analytical models.
• Develop client analyses and other related documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees.
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs.
• Serve as project manager; contribute to project plan creation and assist the team on delivery; ensure progress against established objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
• Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives such as development of new financial models or tools as applicable.
• Assist with the preparation of client deliverables.
