Job summary

Revelation Pharma is seeking a remote Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to ensure accurate patient information and timely billing for compounded prescriptions based on patient-specific orders.

Responsibilities include entering data, generating labels and invoices, and coordinating with prescribers for refills under pharmacist supervision. Strong PC skills and a licensed technician are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to perform fulfilment/compounding activities.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Solid PC skills including Microsoft software.
• Certified Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information accurately and process payments.
• Check prescriptions for completeness and enter data to generate labels and invoices.
• Communicate with prescribers for refill authorizations by phone, directing calls or relaying messages.
• Work under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintain organized and efficient workspace.
• Investigate and document variances and resolutions.
• Cross-train to assist with large account orders.
• Perform other duties as needed.
