JobRx, Inc. is seeking a temporary Pharmacy Technician to support a Clinical Pharmacist. Responsibilities include data entry of prescriptions, billing, preparing prescriptions, POS processing, and inventory management.

The role requires pharmacy technician knowledge, ability to work under supervision, and confidentiality with patient records. The position is non-exempt, hourly, and reports to the Clinical Pharmacist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Idaho State Pharmacy Licensure required.
• Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Pharmacy technician knowledge and training required.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office apps.
• Evidence of no communicable disease.
• Preferred: Idaho State Pharmacy Technician certification; 3-5 years' experience; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of prescriptions from hardcopy, e-scripts, and refills.
• Bill prescriptions and respond to third-party errors.
• Prepare prescriptions for filling and verify NDC accuracy.
• Process prescriptions at point of sale and handle customer pickup.
• Manage inventory and pharmacy records; update stock in the system.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete daily reports.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and CC Idaho regulations.

Education
