Qualifications

• Certified Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information accurately and process payments.
• Check prescriptions for completeness and generate labels/invoices as needed.
• Communicate with prescribers to receive refill authorizations and relay messages.
• Work under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Investigate and document variances and resolutions.
