Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a remote Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to ensure accurate and timely billing of compounded prescriptions based on patient prescriptions.

The role requires a licensed Pharmacy Technician, strong PC skills, and a proactive work ethic. You will support the pharmacist, handle data entry, and may assist with large account orders. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and retirement match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be a State Licensed Pharmacy Technician to perform fulfilment or compounding activities.
• Excellent work ethic with ability to excel independently.
• Solid PC skills including Microsoft software.
• Certified Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify patient information and process payments.
• Check prescriptions for completeness and generate labels and invoices.
• Communicate with prescribers for refill authorization by telephone or messages.
• Work under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Cross-train to assist with large account orders.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Investigate incidents/variances and document resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
