The position emphasizes a hybrid approach with required in-person onboarding and training, and may require shifts across early mornings to evenings. Prior healthcare or pharmacy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and prior experience in an automated customer service environment.
• Knowledge in healthcare, health insurance, or pharmacy strongly preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence about pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal functions to resolve requests promptly.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
