Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the Pharmacy Compliance Team through routine and random audits of pharmacy locations. You will respond to regulatory questions, generate reports for the Vice President of Pharmacy Compliance, and help ensure operations align with all laws and regulations.

The role requires independent work at a remote site and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician registration and Healthcare Compliance Certification preferred
• Two years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry related experience
• Ability to review and apply Healthcare regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote site
• Ability to travel over 50% of the time by plane or vehicle including overnight stays as necessary
• Experience working with multiple regulatory functions and cross-functional teams
• Proximity and access to major airport

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of pharmacy locations across the country
• Conduct virtual or desktop audits and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain audit and risk assessment tools
• Provide analysis and recommendations to operational leadership on compliance
• Investigate compliance matters under direction of VP of Pharmacy Compliance
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Monitor regulatory changes and update audit approaches accordingly
• Support implementation of the Company Compliance Program
