Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist members, providers, and pharmacies with Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) benefits, mail-order pharmacies, and Medicare questions. You will handle inbound calls, document interactions for HIPAA compliance, and guide transitions to home delivery with accuracy.

Training is provided; a work-from-home setup is required, with schedules including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2+ years of healthcare and/or call center experience preferred.
• Dedicated workspace with no distractions required.
• Tech savvy with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies about PBS benefits, mail-order pharmacies, or Medicare.
• Take calls back-to-back while navigating multiple applications and screens.
• Update conversion requests and provide shipment status to members.
• Facilitate transition of medications to home delivery.
• Coordinate with physicians' offices to obtain prescriptions and forward to pharmacy for fulfillment.
• Document HIPAA-compliant interactions and ensure accurate data entry in systems.
• Meet call center metrics and maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Work from home lifestyle with remote connectivity.
