Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist to join our specialty oncology team. This role supports providers and patients by verifying benefits, loading insurance data, and coordinating authorizations to ensure timely access to medications.

Work may be remote within the United States, but applicants must hold Vermont Pharmacy Technician credentials and be able to work between 8am–8pm shifts. Starting pay is $24 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying hires.

Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and pharmacy/benefits verification experience.
• PTCB certification and Vermont technician credential preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy, medical billing, or benefits verification.
• Strong math, data entry and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• First call resolution to assist providers and patients with pharmacy needs.
• Provides thorough, accurate and timely responses to requests regarding benefit information.
• Ensures complete patient setup in CPR+ with demographics and insurance information.
• Performs full benefits verification using electronic resources and E1 check.
• Run test claims to obtain a valid claim response and document outcomes in CPR+.
• Facilitate requests for medical authorizations, LOAs, and TOAs for applicable claims.
• Maintain a safe and compliant pharmacy environment and patient confidentiality.
• Contributes to team effort and other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to Code of Business Conduct, policies and applicable laws.
