Job summary

Onco360 is hiring a Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist for our Mountain Time Zone team in Utah. The role supports remote/hybrid work and requires active Utah Pharmacy Technician credentials. Starting pay is $24/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Oct 31, 2026.

Responsibilities include verifying benefits, loading insurances in CPR+ and coordinating with providers to ensure accurate coverage for cancer medications. Employment offers 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Pharmacy/Medical Billing/Benefits Verification experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent program preferred with PTCB certification.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, review, and load accurate patient insurances, including medical and pharmacy coverage.
• Assign coordination of benefits and run test claims to obtain a valid insurance response.
• Identify authorization requirements needed to obtain medication coverage.
• Enroll eligible patients in copay card assistance programs.
• Ensure accurate benefit documentation in the CPR+ system.
• Provide thorough and timely responses to requests from operations, providers and patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform related duties as assigned.
