Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist for a full-time role that can be remote while requiring an active Ohio Pharmacy Technician credential. The position includes shift hours between 8am and 8pm and a starting pay of $24 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Dec 31, 2026.

Responsibilities include verifying benefits, coordinating with payors, loading insurance data in CPR+ and running test claims to optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with pharmacy/benefits exposure.
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent & PTCB certification.
• 1+ year experience in pharmacy or benefits verification.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide timely benefit information to providers and patients.
• Ensure correct patient setup in CPR+ with demographics and insurance.
• Perform full benefits verification across pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Run test claims to obtain valid responses and document outcomes in CPR+.
