Pharmaceutical Strategies Group LLC (EPIC company) is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant - Health Plans to lead projects for national and regional health plan clients from a remote US base. The role emphasizes strategy, client management, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

You will own end-to-end strategy projects, manage multi-level client relationships, and coordinate procurement, RFPs, and contract negotiations, supported by PSG resources and peers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in PBM, pharmacy or managed care.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client business strategy projects, manage relationships and deliverables.
• Lead PBM/vendor contract reviews and market analyses to inform decisions.
• Develop customized strategic plans based on client needs and goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand PSG services within existing relationships.
• Coordinate procurement strategy and RFP processes for clients.
• Negotiate and review vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms.
