As a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, you will serve as the primary/lead consultant on strategic clients. You will lead and cultivate multi-level client relationships with executives, human resources, pharmacy departments and others to create, communicate and implement pharmacy strategy within the broader client drug management strategy. You will identify business needs and create custom solutions for sophisticated clients, including overall pharmacy benefit strategy to deliver cost-effective solutions. You will also lead vendor strategies including procurement, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor management, while applying industry insight on trends and opportunities.
