This is a fully remote position with no onsite requirements. Requirements include a PharmD or Bachelor’s degree, an active license in good standing in your state, 2+ years of pharmacist experience, and strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in your state with license number and expiration date.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong computer, detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate prior authorization requests against policy criteria.
• Document decisions accurately using computer-based systems.
• Communicate professionally and provide customer/service support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow teleworker privacy and security practices.
