Job summary
PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a pharmacist consultant to support long‑term care and senior living clients remotely. You will cover Worcester, Taunton, and Framington territories and evaluate medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or PharmD from an accredited school.
- Current pharmacist license; dual license preferred.
- One-year experience in acute, long-term care, or home health preferred.
- IV clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends or outside normal hours when needed.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, interactions, route, and stability.
- Reviews resident's drug regimen and clinical indicators monthly and reports findings to nursing leadership.
- Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, and residents and families.
- Maintains knowledge of pharmacy laws and long-term care regulations.
- Works cooperatively as a team member and stays current on pharmaceutical care practices for long-term care residents.
