Qualifications

• Experience reviewing marketing and patient education materials for compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and FTC advertising guidance and USP compounding standards.
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead content compliance review for marketing and patient education materials.
• Interpret and apply FDA/FTC guidance, USP standards, and pharmacy regulations.
• Manage content review workflows and SLAs using tools like Asana.
• Train teams on compliant claims, disclosures, and social media practices.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of approvals and compliance decisions.
