Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC in the United States is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop territory plans and conduct quality presentations. You will drive quarterly goals, cultivate relationships with prescribers and pharmacists, and execute pre-call strategies to maximize productivity.

You will travel within the territory and stay compliant with ethical practices while contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team environment at Viatris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while following regulations.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices and pharmacists to inform strategies for prescribers.
• Utilize samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
