Job summary

Abbott is seeking a field sales professional to achieve territory targets and promote the company’s products across India, including Madurai on a remote basis. You will develop relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other stakeholders, and report field activity daily in the online system.

The role requires high mobility, continuous field engagement with no direct supervision, and the ability to meet call averages and coverage norms.

Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador
